1- Design Preview (1-2 days): Once you've placed your order, our designers spring into action. Within 2-3 days, you'll receive an email
showcasing your paw-trait. Take your time to review it but please note that if no response is received within 48 hours we will ship it out to avoid delays.

2- Production (1-3 Business Days): Upon approval, we jump into production mode which takes 1 to 3 days.

3- Shipping (6-10 Business Days or Faster): With production complete, your product is packaged securely and shipped. Typically,
shipping takes 6 to 10 business days but we offer faster shipping options at the checkout.

Pre-shrunk
1x1 athletic rib-knit collar with spandex
Air-jet spun yarn with a soft feel and reduced pilling
Double-needle stitched collar, shoulders, armholes, cuffs, and hem
Quarter-turned to avoid crease down the middle

Canvas: Canvas frames are made of FSC® certified wood. When not available PEFC or equivalent. Our canvases have a 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2") thick frame. They are shipped in protective packaging and strong boxes to ensure no damage during transportation. Includes mounting kit.

Frames: Our frames are lightweight and have a thickness of 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8"). They are shatterproof, transparent plexiglass and include hanging kit, to hang in both portrait and landscape orientations. Default paper is matte however semi-glossy paper is available upon requested. If matte paper isn't available, we will print on semi-glossy paper.


T-Shirt: Made of a heavier cotton with a double-stitched neckline and sleeves & rolled-forward shoulders for a better fit.

Material

- Solid colors are 100% cotton
- Sports Grey is 90% ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester
- Other heather colors are 50% polyester, 50% ring-spung cotton
- Fiber content may vary by color

As our designs are handmade, we are not able to show them before placing the order.

However we will provide proofing of the art to allow for changes to be made before we print and ship it out. You're able to ask for as many revisions as you like! Please note that if we receive no reply within 48 hours, we will ship it out in order to avoid delays.
